Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KoalaCloth purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be: (1) in their original, unused condition, (2) with all tags attached, (3) in their original packaging, and (4) returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: (1) items marked as final sale, (2) intimates or underwear that have been worn or washed, (3) items without tags or with signs of use, (4) items purchased on clearance or with promotional discounts exceeding 50%, and (5) custom or personalized orders.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact us at koalacloth.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. In such cases, we will cover return shipping.
